Our kitchen opens at 7.00 a.m. and bids you good morning with a rich Italian breakfast: cappuccino, milk, chocolate, tea, fruit, yogurt, fresh croissants, tarts by our pastry-making, biscuits, rusks, butter, Upper Valley jams or honey and savoury dishes too.
Hotel Ambra will make you enjoy typical and genuine Bergamask dishes.
To the delight of your palates, our cooking is based on local products from our farmers’ farms and plantations of our valleys: homemade salami, mushrooms, fresh pasta, Bergamask casoncelli, game, polenta (cornmeal mush), escargot and much else besides…
